By using PixelChallenge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service Is
PixelChallenge is a pixel art recreation game. Users draw pixel art to recreate reference images and compete for accuracy scores.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- One account per person
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
4. Content You Upload
You retain ownership of pixel art you create and upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and store your content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights.
Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit.
5. Prohibited Use
- Do not attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboards
- Do not use automated scripts or bots
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
6. Service Availability
We provide the Service "as is." We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
7. Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelChallenge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
